BackAllards International Expands To DundeeAllards International Ltd is delighted to announce that from 1st July 2002 they will be operating from new premises in Dundee. Allards International, Managing Director Mr Olivier Sucquart reported, "The continuing growth of the company meant that larger premises were required to continue to be able to meet the varying and demanding needs of our customers". Situated at the geographical centre of Scotland, Dundee is approximately one hour from Aberdeen, the main centre for the offshore industry. With excellent road links over 90% of the population of Scotland is within 90 minutes drive with the major international airport at Edinburgh just one hour away. The business has already strengthened its own in-house engineering resource to undertake the complete heat transfer services and it is expected that additional personnel will be recruited into the business to further support the development of its capabilities and to strengthen the key technical resources. Additional Information Recent Offshore Oil & Gas Industry experience includes a major contract for the supply of twelve heat exchangers for BP Clair Production Platform. This contract ordered through the main EPC for BP Clair Wood Group Engineering/Mustang Engineering Inc. is scheduled for delivery from October 2002 until March 2003. Allards International Ltd. provides heat transfer solutions including thermal design and process optimisation as well as mechanical design and project management. Allards specialise in the design and manufacture of process equipment that includes shell and tube, rolled tube heat exchangers, welded plate exchangers, petroleum storage tanks, self-cleaning strainers and various other tanks and pressure vessels. Allards Verkstäder AB, based in Falun, Sweden, provides manufacturing skills including all QA/QC requirements. |
